The bowl is cut crystal and there is a band of "diamond" panels. The sugar bowl measures 7" wide from handle to handle. It stands 3" high and is 3" in diameter. There are some flea bites on the underneath bottom of the bowl but otherwise in great shape. Gorgeous! See less
