The … Read more Ceramic figure of a rabbit by Ronzan, mid-20th century This ceramic rabbit was made by the Italian manufacturer Ronzan. The rabbit is made of white and glazed ceramics with green painted eyes and nose. Giovanni Ronzan (1906-1974) Giovanni Ronzan, founder of the company, was born in 1906, in a small town near Vicenza. After the death of his father during World War I, he soon became the head of the family of two other brothers and three sisters. In 1939 he founded the first Ronzan ceramics company. Marked with Ronzan and numbered The Rabbit is mentioned in the books as Article 432 ( horizontal rabbit ) This vertical rabbit has the number 3. 1432 A The height is 16 cm, the width is 17 cm and 12 cm deep. The weight is 542 grams. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
