There are 4 pieces to this item listed herein. In great to excellent condition, well maintained for era, except for a minuscule or two of scarcities, but perhaps a better polishing to glean it better than currently, which is noting short of spectacular. We loved silver pieces, which enhance any dinner or holiday, soiree tables cape, especially so the delineated detail to the footed base, with lion claw forged and fluted detail to the upper leg, along with the laurel leaf great-like design motif on each leg. This piece is a separate piece as is the heating element as well as the top and the lid, all for easy polishing and cleaning. Attributed to Sheffield, as we cannot discern where the engraved silversmith markings are located, and as such not ALL of Sheffield's pieces were engraved, but by the exacting design, it is and smacks entirely of Sheffield Silver. Made in England.
