It’s a well-loved piece with great bones and such an interesting shape and style. It needs some love to bring it back to mint condition, but can be used in current condition. Has been thoroughly cleaned. See full condition notes below. This piece shows signs of wear consistent with age and use. Cushions show signs of wear and could use a foam replacement; usable if desired. Sofa backs in overall good condition with solid framework, some small dings on the upholstery at corners and one loose + one missing tufted button. Upholstery is steam cleaned, however few small marks visible on fabric in various spots; professional steam cleaning or reupholstery if desired. Ask for additional photos if desired. Minor wear and marks or light marks on wood surface and/or legs may be visible. One interior fracture at front framework at front lower leg near the corner where the sofa frame meets the table; can be re-patched during re-upholstery process. One new sofa leg has been replaced at back. Legs in overall great condition. All of our pieces are used and/or vintage pieces that have wear consistent with age. Each are rare, sometimes one-of-a kind that are found and hand-picked. We do our best to photograph and describe all characteristics.
