Bronze-brunette bronze subject according to the work of Halfdan Hertzberg (1857-1890), famous Norwegian sculptor.
"The whistler" is a beautiful quality sculpture representing a whistling young boy, hands in his pockets.
Head leaning back and legs apart, he seems to wait nonchalantly.
Endearing, this bronze delights in its meticulous details and its beautiful patina.
