This group of muses who immersed in nature seem to want to celebrate with garlands and flowers the arrival of spring perfectly reflect the characteristics of this painter and was one of the favorite subjects of the austrian artist who is very good at freezing the moment capturing it in every detail for this reason he was called in life painter-poet although the greatest emphasis is obviously given to the main figures those in the background were just as admirably depicted in their being well alive even if only hinted at. The frame is coeval with the painting measurements of canvas 98 x 71 measurements with frame 104 x 87 born in vienna in 1882 and died in vienna in 1972 son of painter carl christian larsen he was in the school of graphic art in vienna from 1897 until 1901 and again from 1901 to 1909 at the vienna academy under professor alois delug. Together with alfred buctha and h. Lanzinger he worked on the decorations of the city of bolzano and during world war i worked as a war painter. From 1919 he was a member of an association of painters called vienna kunstlerhauses and for another association in london where he was a professor of high "honorific" royal academy. The painter preferred to make works related to the bible and mythology and had created his own style characterized by a rich and vivid imagination and distinctive, well-defined colors in changeable for this he was already called a poet-painter in his lifetime. Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations
