Harding … Read more Vintage Harding Black of San Antonio, TX tile panel with 12 6" x 6" tiles set in iron frame. Harding Black was a master potter who also made a limited amount of tiles during the 1940's. He was world renown for his glazing techniques and was very prolific in his ceramic endeavors and lived and worked into his 90's. His tile panels are very rare and our research shows that he made less than 20 panels. This wonderful panel depicts a pinata scene with children at play. Bright multi-colored glazes. The charm of his tile work is the naivety of his designs. Professionally set into contemporary iron frame. Ready to hang. See less
