A very rare find, i never come across original sets of four pieces from this era and especially not the fully buttoned sets. We have restored the suite and it is in better than retail new condition throughout. The set is actually quite rare size wise, the armchairs are much wider than normal and happy accommodate the larger of us, the sofa is a real sweet heart size and looks amazing. This is the finest set of this type you will find anywhere, its true library set. The frames are fully coil sprung in the tradition of the victorian pieces the restoration has been extensive, my leather polishers have stripped out the old faded colour, they have then hand dyed each piece this lovely whiskey brown colour. Height wise, should the new owner wish i can have polished brass or new victorian style porcelain castors fitted which adds 5cm to the overall height, this can be done for the cost price. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade. official proof of authenticity,
