This monumental pair of three-light sconces is hand-carved in mahogany
and gilded with yellow and white gold. The delicate ribbon winds upward
from the candle cups and ties the bundle of wheat sheaves, ending in a
crowning bow. The carvings are superbly detailed, and reminds one of
the style of Grinling Gibbons.
