Original label on back "View of Menton Cap Martin."
William Langley was a 19th/20th century landscape painter.
From "Hidden Talents: A Dictionary of Artists Working 1880-1950" (Jeremy Wood, England) gives an excerpt from Langley:
'Oil painter of rural landscapes and coastal scenes working in the early 1900s. This prolific artist's subjects included views of Cornwall, southern England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. Titles of known works include "On the Lledr," "Wee Bridge, Killarney," "In the Glen," and "Sunshine after Rain, a Village in the Thames."
