The knit upholstery in oatmeal is in remarkably good condition considering it's age but there is a small stain near the headrest (which can be seen in the photos provided). However there are no other areas of discoloration nor any rips or odors. The metal frames are also in excellent condition with no breaks, scratches or other damage. This set is ultra comfortable, structurally sound and ready for decades more of use. Please view all photos for details on this set's current condition. less
