The wool fabric has held up amazingly well considering it's age with only minor fraying in the corners (which can be seen in the photos provided), however there are no major rips, stains or odors. If you are interested in having this re-upholstered please messaged us prior to checkout to discuss your options. The solid walnut base also shows minor signs of wear such as light scratches and nicks but overall is in very good original condition.
