Wall lamp 'plume' designed by christophe pillet in 2017. Wall lamp giving direct light in lacquered metal. Tube-shaped structure in curved metal. Manufactured by oluce, italy. Plume, designed by christophe pillet, a family of lamps consisting of a table lamp and two wall lamp versions, one with a long arm and the other with a short arm. The lighting project conceptually originated from a collection created by the french designer for the sezz hotel in saint-tropez, designed especially for the hotel through the oluce bespoke tailoring service, re-evoking a more ornamental version of plume. In a perfect combination, plume blends a minimal, slender and lightweight design, with a series of expressions that recall the classic lighting styles of the 1950s with the use of metal, configured as a collection with a precious, classic character, yet at the same time, contemporary. The entire family has an element in common, the lampshade consists of a thin metal surface, slightly folded in the centre to symbolically form a feather. Oluce lighting design aesthetic is crisp, linear, and decorative. Oluce, already participating at the 9th triennale in milan, throughout its long history, has received numerous acknowledgements including two golden compass awards, two design awards and the gold medal at the 13th triennale in milan. Its lamps appear in the most important permanent design collections worldwide. Oluce’s expertise reveals its unparalleled manufacturing excellence which transforms into objects an untiring technological research into the potential of light. Each lamp is a milestone along this journey. Over time, from unusual materials, original designs and new lighting sources ensued revolutionary iconic designs by tito agnoli, joe colombo, marco zanuso, ostuni e forti, and vico magistretti, who since the 50s, have been rewriting the history of lighting. Recent collections reaffirm oluce design and decorative approach, expressed through the signs by italian and international designers such as angeletti & ruzza, francesco rota, nendo, victor vasilev, nicola gallizia, christophe pillet, mist-o and david lopez quincoces. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
