This antique panel is carved from one piece of wood. Features a figure seated on a hoofed animal three other Immortals or Chinese scholar figures surround all set in an imagined setting. The intricate gilt pierced carving is created in deep relief with fine incised details. A quality hand carved element showcasing the skill and beauty of the Chinese aesthetic of the 19th Century.
