Light bulbs are not included. It is possible to install this fixture in all countries (us, uk, europe, asia, australia.) the listed height is the total height of the pendant. The drop rod can be adjusted as required for a greater or lesser drop. Very good condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
