Mid-century table lamp, Made of Opal Glass and Ceramic. designed by Ivan Jakeš for loading glass in Wallachian intermediate in former Czechoslovakia in the 1960's. Original wiring, Fully Functional. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
