Designed in 1950, this is an authorized 2017 Astep/Flos re-edition by Alessandro Sarfatti, grandson of Gino Sarfatti, who applies his grandfather's scrupulous attention to detail and materials to offer a tightly curated selection of iconic lighting originally produced by Arteluce. Professionally rewired for US electrical. Unused in original factory box.

Model 2065 consists of a diffuser made of two joined opalescent perspex saucers, suspended from the ceiling with choice of a black-painted aluminum canopy or opaline perspex canopy and black cord. The simplicity of Gino Sarfatti’s elliptical design and the lightness of the materials make for a seemingly weightless chandelier. An iconic example of Sarfatti's innovative and experimental approach.

Please note that these are unused new in box with professionally modified European wiring for US compatibility, but not under factory warranty. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request.
