Suspension lamp 'kin' 479 designed by francesco rota in 2013. Suspension lamp giving direct and diffused light. Metal turned body lamp. Pmma transparent diffuser. Manufactured by oluce, italy. A cast aluminum body with a led core are the characteristic structural elements of which kin is made, masterfully combined in francesco rota’s design of this suspension lamp of an explicit yet refined beauty. The flared shape of the body, with its slim thicknesses, is closed with a methacrylate disc from which its led light is diffused. Materials and color: metal anodic bronze dimensions: d 30 cm x w 30 cm x h 26 cm (230 cm cable) technical information: 1 x max 13w (led) 220v founded in 1945, oluce is the oldest italian design company in the lighting sector still in operation today. Oluce lighting design aesthetic is crisp, linear, and decorative. A subtle, intellectual beauty that over the years has led the company to produce some of the more recognizable and admired iconic lighting in the world. Oluce, already participating at the 9th triennale in milan, throughout its long history, has received numerous acknowledgements including two golden compass awards, two design awards and the gold medal at the 13th triennale in milan. Each lamp is a milestone along this journey. Over time, from unusual materials, original designs and new lighting sources ensued revolutionary iconic designs by tito agnoli, joe colombo, marco zanuso, ostuni e forti, and vico magistretti, who since the 1950s, have been rewriting the history of lighting. Recent collections reaffirm oluce design and decorative approach, expressed through the signs by italian and international designers such as angeletti & ruzza, francesco rota, nendo, victor vasilev, nicola gallizia, christophe pillet, mist-o and david lopez quincoces. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
