Date: c. 1840Description: A group of young men in hunter's or wanderer's costumes are welcomed outside the town with great jubilation. The group poses with sweeping gestures, waves their caps and announce their arrival with a blast of horns. In the distance, the silhouette of the city, presumably Augsburg, can be made out.
