The day i was asked to design one, i lay down on the rug in my living-room just to feel it all over my body. I closed my eyes: i wasn't seeing, just sensing. Then i opened my eyes and i saw the elegant plasters decorating the ceiling of my entire apartment. Suddenly, i decided to transpose them onto a different canvas, ‘to bring them down’, literally. Or, maybe, i simply decided to take my carpet up.
