Set of 5 vintage antique fine hand-crocheted round doilies made from either natural colored cotton or linen thread. (not sure) The pattern is a unusual spiral that starts in the middle and spirals out the the edge, with dropped stitches emphasizing the spiral movement of the pattern. The color is mostly natural unbleached thread with a 1" blue stripe and 1" yellow stripe toward the outer edge.
The larger doily is 15 inches in diameter. The 4 smaller doilies are 9 inches in diameter.
These are beautifully crocheted, quite old handmade pieces that would thrill any collector of this type of handicraft and style. They are in excellent condition, perhaps never used.
