the bookcase consists of four modules that also have the optional back panels that were sold separately--they were in fact additional elements that are rarely found today.
the bookcase can be assembled in different ways, with or without backs. If in fact the latter are excluded, the metal support structures will be visible (example in the last photo).
you can customize the position of individual elements, deciding their placement as needed. The metal bookend elements, too, can be moved as desired. Curious the different color of finish, deliberately juxtaposed by interspersing the different wood essences. in the dark finishes the sides are light, to create a trait d'union between the shades. A sixth metal support structure, identical to the others, will be added in the packaging of the bookcase, allowing it to be divided into two separate units, composed as desired in 1+3 modules or 2+2.
the bookcase has been fully finished and polished, ready for display.
