This rare console is a special order for a rich private person in the middle of 70's. Pierluigi Spadolini (Florence, April 5, 1922 - Florence, June 8, 2000) was an Italian architect and designer. He was the brother of the best-known politician, several times Minister of the Republic and head of government in the years 1981 and 1982, Giovanni Spadolini. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
