Rattan "Lantern" wall lamp from the 1950s attributed to the French Designer Louis Sognot. A wonderful example of mid-century craftsmanship, where bamboo and rattan are perfectly blended in a typical 50’s design.
It's a beautiful and lovely authentic piece for a mid-century interior.
It has its original bajonet-bulb.(included) This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
