Fontana Arte table lamp by Daniela Puppa, Italy The lamp is designed in 1994, model number 3064 It is made of frosted white glass with a tint of pink in the shade and is double switched The upper and lower part can be switched separately 4 bulb lights in the top diffuser and 2 in the bottom diffuser (bulbs not included) The measurements are: 60.5 cm high and 41 cm wide The depth is 13 cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
