The frame had some scratches and was an rather unfortunate pecan stain. The deep scratches were filled and sanded, then the frame was stained with rich mahogany gel stain. This is now a refurbished frame, the stain gives the frame a fresh, new look. If you look closely, you can see the dings and dents the frame has sustained over its lifetime. See photos for a close-up picture of the filled and sanded area. less
