An exclusive made for U.S. and UL listed authorized re-edition of the classic Swedish design executed in hand polished unlacquered brass with white painted interior. An incredibly refined design that is quintessentially Scandinavian. Ideal for indoor or outdoor use.
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer that started his career as assistant to Carl Malmsten. In 1951 he founded his company, Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB, in Markaryd. His designs are characterized by his commitment to working with materials that make the light in his objects pleasant and glare-free.
This authorized re-edition is newly produced by Örsjö in Sweden, crafted using only the highest quality materials.
Price is per item. Available in unlimited quantities in choice of raw brass, raw copper, verdigris, darkly patinated verdigris, dark brown patinated, and white or black painted metal. Several raw copper & brass lamps in-stock and ready to quick ship. Patinated and painted variants are made to order in approximately 2-3 weeks, but can be expedited for an additional fee. Professionally rewired for US electrical new bi-pin G4, GX5.3 or G6.35 bulbs with custom modified backplates for mounting over US junction box. UL listed.
Please note only one representative example is featured in the photos. This lamp is fabricated in raw and unlacquered brass with a white powder coated interior that will naturally patinate over time (even with hand-polishing) and can already show varied signs of patination through exposure to the elements, handling, storage, etc., which may result in variation and irregularities.
Patina varies slightly from lamp to lamp. Patinas can also change over time and with exposure to human touch as well as the elements, resulting in variation and irregularities.
