I have another authentic Stiffel lamp listed right now (unless it has sold by the time you read this) and it is difficult to tell the difference by looking. Since this was made in the same time range as the similar Stiffel lamp that I have, I wouldn't call it a "reproduction," but rather a quality lamp made to look like the Stiffel line of lamps. That said, it is still a very nice quality lamp. The biggest give away that this one isn't a stiffel is that it weighs about half that of an authentic Stiffel.

This 1960's lamp is all metal, with colors of dark chocolate brown (or darker) bronze and brass trim. It is in outstanding condition, and there are no obvious scratches or defects of any kind. It stands about 30 1/2" tall to the top of the decorative finial. It has a maximum diamater of about about 6 1/2" (at the middle of the lamp) and the round base measures 7" in diameter.

The shade is a high end deeply padded linen shade that measures 18" diameter at the bottom and is 24" tall. The shade alone would cost around $200-225 new, and this one looks new. Shipping for the shade will require a 20" x 20" box, but I will minimize shipping cost by using UPS for the shade. See less
