This stunning Italian Terracotta decorative corbel was made in Piedmont, Italy in an institution known specifically at the turn of the century for creating this specific type of art. This beautiful corbel was most likely used in the construction of the estate.
The hand painted lacquer colors are exquisite, combining blue and gray hues with a touch of olive green to compliment a décortive gold trim on the base.
A stunning piece of art which may be used as a sculpture, or accent piece in any home. The piece dates to the early 1800's, and was acquired in Florence, Italy.
