On four legs, front legs in the shape of a lion's claw, a drawer with a lid with a bronze handle in the shape of a knocker decorated with dragons and a key. Above the drawer a single glass door with its own key. Copete carved with a 5-clawed dragon.
Sides, drawer front and top with metal marquetry and lacquer on the wood in its color with careful design of birds, flowers, insects and dreamy landscapes.
The cabinetwork and carving follows the style of the European taste for Japan, "japonisme", from the end of the 19th century.
Inside, three glass shelves illuminated from the top.
