This table lamp 'Rhea' was designed by Marcello Cuneo for Ampaglas, during 1960s, in Italy.
Plastic lampshade with particular curved design, and material type that lets the light shine through creating a particular effect. Base in painted metal. inside the lamp holder tube is rigid curved and covered with a black plastic sheath.
In very good vintage conditions, with some age-related marks, it retains its original electrical system. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution,
