We are delighted to offer for sale this very well made, solid English Oak Habitat refectory dining table and eight … Read more We are delighted to offer for sale this very well made, solid English Oak Habitat refectory dining table and eight Potocco leather and oak dining chairs This is a lovely, lightly used suite, it came from a fabulous surrey mansion, the table retailed for £2,800 and the chairs £850 each so the total cost less delivery was £9600 I have checked the suite over and can’t see anything negative to note, it may have the odd transport or storage patina mark but it looks sublime to me. We have cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom Table dimensions Height:- 75cm Width:- 213.5cm Depth:- 100.5cm Under table height:- 62cm Chairs dimensions Height:- 100cm Width:- 44.5cm Depth:- 57.5cm Seat height 46cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade. official proof of authenticity,
