This piece is an abstract acrylic painting on cradled birch wood
I’ve always loved creating and have pursued different creative outlets throughout my life. I started painting at the age of 24 and fell in love with being able to explore and express my thoughts and feelings through mark making, color and texture. I’m deeply inspired by nature, music, people and anything unique and imperfect, and I hope to communicate and connect with people through my work. My main tools of choice are acrylic, oil pastels, soft pastels, charcoal and graphite (basically anything!) on canvas or cradled birch wood panels. My work has been featured in:
Anthropologie
Serena and Lily
Better Homes & Gardens Magazine 2015
