It rests on four openwork tapered legs with decorative globes on top. The base is joined by a twisted semi-circular crosspiece. The top is composed of a marquetry of stones in different shades of cream. These robust and graceful patterns are close to some creations of Gilbert Poillerat (1902-1988) in the 1930s-1940s with neo baroque inspiration. It is a work of the 1970s. See less
