He, was a prominent racehorse owner, perhaps dressed for a day at the track? He claimed his immortality in the pages of the June 23, 1904 issue of Vanity Fair. His chromolithograph portrait was rendered by the most famous Vanity Fair artist, Sir Matthew Leslie Ward, aka "Spy". Matted in a 16" x 20" pH neutral mat for ease of framing in a readymade frame, this print is in excellent condition with a light crease in the upper right corner and nicks to the page edges, as pictured.
