This particular piece dates from the early 1970"s during the height of the Cold War and the then divided Germany. Hence the "W Germany" mark on the bottom. The floral pattern is both on the front and the back. This pretty colorful piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, and it would enhance any table setting.
