It is the first time we have ever seen the small individual chair made by Italian terra-cotta. This is an incredibly rare chance to own a piece of history. Italian terra-cotta was manufactured right here in Los Angeles, California and are recognized for some of the most renowned and sought after products from the 1920s-30's. The bench is actually featured in the original 1920's Italian terra cotta catalogue which I included in the last two photos. Their Egyptian revival style collection was a big hit for the company during the 20's with the discovery of King Tut's tomb. These benches each sit atop a separate base. It is very rare to see garden decor survive the years due to weathering and being outdoors but these have been preserved very well. The measurements Are as follows: Large bench measures 38" wide by 22" depth and 29 1/2" tall. The small seat measures 20" Wide by 20" in depth and 28 1/4" tall. See less

On the … moreThe large bench seems to be in great condition I did not notice any major damage or repairs. On the base that the bench sits on top of, there is a small crack to the left-hand side. On the left arm there is a small hole where you can see into the hollow of the bench but I believe would be an easy fix. There is some damage to the top left corner of the small bench. less
