His brilliant use of color and casual, sweeping brushstrokes make his paintings unique. He often painted on thick cardboard, as here (I have shot a pic of the back, which is covered with test strokes), and always signed his name "MO" as you see here (the signature and style both check out as authentic - though I always give a lifetime guarantee on authenticity at any rate).
