It stands out for its articulated wooden and chrome arm, rotating metal base and shade in beige color, and a bold design that combines modern functionality with timeless elegance.

The lamp is presented in its original condition, with patina and minor imperfections such as scuffs, scratches, and a small crack in the wooden arm, but these do not represent any structural damage; they are normal aspects of use this lamp has had over more than 50 years. The glass is original and in perfect condition.




A bit of history…

Industrias Fase was a Spanish company founded by Pedro Martín García and Luis Pérez de la Oliva in 1964. Based in Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid, it specialized in the manufacture of lighting fixtures and office supplies. Its name, Industrias Fase, comes from the combination of the abbreviations “fa” and “se” (mass production). Its flagship products were ashtrays, as well as lamps named after the factory. Two factors have been key to their success, both then and now: the ability to export their products to countries such as Norway, China, the United States, Canada, England, France, Japan, and Italy, among others; and the skill in combining materials like chrome-plated metal, wood, marble, and steel in their designs through a captivating array of colors.

There are several FASE lamp models, most notably:

the Fase 520, Fase Rifle, Fase Pendulum, Fase Boomerang, Fase Falux, and finally, a favorite among the public for its elegance and striking presence: the Fase President. It's no wonder, then, that the Fase President is also featured in the American television series "Mad Men."

It has also appeared in numerous films and television series worldwide. Marvel hits like Black Widow, legends like Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones, no less than three James Bond protagonists, contemporary film icons like Tom Hiddleston (Loki) or Ewan McGregor (Obi-Wan Kenobi), Oscar winners like Kate Winslet and Antonio Banderas… All of them appear in films with Fase lamps “Made in Madrid”.
