Over the years, we have collected our favorite fabrics and stored them neatly in our version of a museum. We are listing these pieces because we are simply out of space. These are rare fabrics, most of which are no longer being produced, all valued over $100 per yard. We have squirreled these away and they are in meticulous condition. It is our pleasure to offer our favorites to you.
We are offering a genuine material from a To the Trade Only design house with a verified pattern name at a price far below wholesale.
This listing is for 6-1/2 yards by 57 inches wide of luxurious printed linen material by Clarence House.
The pattern is Augusta and the pattern number is 34251-1 and is discontinued. This might very well be the last piece available for sale anywhere.
Augusta features grand, regal printed lotus floral and scroll damasks in oyster to silvery beige. The background is a baby brown to sandstone color.
Please note the incredible detail, style and regal grace given to the designs and the overscaled foundation weave, giving this material a luxurious hand, heavy body and subtle sheen. This material also has an upholstery ready, acrylic back, making this perfect for crafting and all upholstery.
This material would make amazing pillows, luxury goods, upholstery or elegant, heavier weight drapery.
Woven with style in Italy, this material is a 100% fine quality linen ground.
