As other larger pieces from this collection are scaled down, the Shell Pendant is, in contrast, exaggerated in size to create a larger than life binding source for an interior hub. The sculptural asymmetry and the calculated positioning of the bulb allude to a pearl in a shell, bringing natural forms from the shore into the center of the home. The lamp is made with red fabric and brass.
