Sleek, elegant, sophisticated, these are the words that best describe this fantastic modernist lamp that was produced in the early 1960s, in Vienna, Austria. Here we can see the influences of the times, for example Paul Evans comes immediately to mind when one looks at the patina of the brass and the texture of the glass. The base is made up of rolled brass with holes of varying sizes. The glasses then hand formed and pushed through the holes. As a result of the high temperature of the melted glass during the crafting process, the brass has developed a unique patina, therefore making each light a one of a kind piece. The black and gold shade has been renewed. Whether illuminated or not, it is a very beautiful object that would suit a Mid-Century Modern or Contemporary interior. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution,

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller

Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
