Beautiful moma design collection award winner model frisbi 850 pendant lamp designed by achille castiglioni for flos, italy, 1970s. As its name suggests, the lamp was inspired by the classic flying disk. It has a unique combination of minimal shapes yet provides three types of illumination - direct, diffused and reflected light. Fine steel cables suspend the opal acrylic glass diffuser, making it appear as if it's floating above your dining table or countertop. Very atmospheric when lit. The lamp uses an e27 bulb up to 150 watts. Very good original condition.
