Bert Stern, Marilyn in Vogue: The Last Sitting (1962). Superb, large photograph of Marilyn Monroe in Christian Dior's iconic black dress for Vogue magazine. Photographic paper, 91 x 61 cm (image size 61 x 56 cm). Signed and numbered (one of 10) by the artist on the front, and includes a rare artist's proof certificate signed by the artist during his lifetime, circa 2007. Perfect condition, never exposed to light. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
