Fritz Vahle was a student of Alexander Kanoldt. From 1945 to 1956 he was in Stendal freelance painter. He made it a number of views of the old Stendal, predominantly as commissions of the city council.

He taught since 1957 in Dortmund and in 1959 in Pforzheim to the local art colleges as lecturer or professor. In addition to his graphic and glass artistic works, he also emerged as a design draftsman for tapestries.

1954 issued by him on the 10th Triennale in Milan Carpet received the diplomas d'honneu.

1956 he moved to Darmstadt. Since 1970, member of the German Work Federation. Since 1978 freelance work in Darmstadt and Westermarkeldorf on the island of Fehmarn. 1978 Johann Merck honoring the city of Darmstadt.
