The two cupboard base has square and rectangular panels which are carved through to the upper structure. The Secretaire drops down to reveal a newly tooled leather writing surface and numerous drawers and pigeon holes. The bookcase has two shelves and has working locks with keys. There is a card inside for a manager of HIPPS, LTD Ladies and Gents Tailors, Oldham. Also an invitation card dated to 1892. See less
