New wiring and a new lamp holder in brass.
Shade is included.

Great vintage condition. Pls note that this 60-something-old-beauty has some crackles and grey marks, most of them on the back and the sides, therefore not too bothersome, the overall impression is truly amazing, see the front on picture number four.
