A hugely popular lamps we have a number of these stunning lamps available. Made from cast aluminium each with their own weathered and patinated original finish. The key feature of these lamps is their stunning original condition with original glass, they are being sold singularly. These lamps are strong visual statements perfect for a hall, contemporary kitchen or living space. The lamps were a mainstay of soviet factories, designed so that in the event of a factory explosion they would remain intact to provide emergency lighting. Each lamp has been cleaned and restored and all electrical components have been removed and replaced with modern european ce standard components to bs en 60598. Each lamp is individually tested and labelled to bs en 60598. Included: each lamp comes completely wired and ready to install including; 2 metres of zinc coated chain for hanging the lamps , 2 metres of black silk covered electrical cable and a ceiling hook as shown. The lamp is fitted with a standard e27 threaded lamp holder for which a wide range of modern and vintage style filament bulbs are widely available. We do not currently sell bulbs and recommend led bulbs 6w maximum. We select the best color/style of cable for each lamp but additional colors are available for different projects. Our alternative cable colors (in stock) are as shown in the images with numbered cables. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
