this landscape art work, xix century, is signed by godchaux emile (1860-1938), a very important french painter, who mainly painted mountain landscapes, as you can see bottom right.

from the family of alfred godchaux and the sculptor roger godchaux.

the oil on canvas painting dates back to the nineteenth century and it is an artwork of bisgart collection of antique paintings of the 19th century.
