This large ceiling lamp was designed and manufactured by j. T. Kalmar, austria, circa 1960. It takes 16 bulbs and features eight handmade solid glass elements made from murano glass. The frame is made from chrome-plated and lacquered brass. Very good original vintage condition. Heavy quality and in perfect condition. Cleaned and re-wired. It is in full working order and ready to use. The stylish elegance of this lamp suits many environment, from midcentury to hollywood regency, from danish modern to space age and contemporary interiors. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
